1-1.download this file "supersu-v2.68-20160228" from support and copy to your sd card

1-2.download the TWRP file "twrp-3.0.0-0_sm-a310" from support to your desktop

Now be careful to the next steps

1-3.Open Odin 3.10.7 Uncheck Auto-reboot 

Put your A310F in download mode (volume down button + Home + power on) and connect with odin 3.10.7

using the AP slot only select "twrp-3.0.0-0_sm-a310" file

make sure the Auto-reboot option unchecked and press start
